Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver products purchased from Decor Station in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will have the order to your doorstep free of cost.

If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the total order amount including shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product and wants to return the product, the Shipping Charges will be Paid by the customer itself as the shipping charges are to be valued at 15% of the order value.

Original pictures and videos will be delivered to the customer on their whatsapp number before shipping of the product for the confirmation of the delivery.

Delivery Time

We dispatch products within 3-4 days and they usually get delivered in the next 6-7 working days and a maximum of 10 days if any unforeseen reason is faced.

To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly ensure that the Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery-related queries.
